Rocklin, CA Hours:

Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Are you passionate about working with children and looking for a school where you can truly make a difference every day? Rocklin Ranch Montessori is seeking a caring, dependable, and energetic Teacher Assistant to support classrooms throughout our school. This position works with children ranging in age from 6 weeks to 5 years, providing support where it is needed most each day. Responsibilities include:

Supporting Infant, Toddler, and Primary classrooms throughout the day Assisting children with daily routines, including meals, diapering, toileting, naps, and transitions Supervising children indoors and outdoors while maintaining a safe, nurturing environment Helping maintain beautiful, organized, and clean Montessori classrooms Supporting lead teachers with classroom activities and lessons Providing lunch and break coverage for teaching staff Building positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers Following all California Community Care Licensing regulations and school policies We're looking for someone who: Loves working with young children Is dependable, positive, and flexible Enjoys working as part of a collaborative team Takes initiative and is willing to jump in wherever needed Has excellent communication and organizational skills Wants to learn and grow in a Montessori environment

Qualifications:

Early Childhood Education units preferred (or willingness to obtain) Experience working with young children is preferred CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Must meet California Community Care Licensing requirements Why join Rocklin Ranch Montessori?
