We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with young children and wants to be part of a supportive, hands-on classroom environment. Our ideal candidate is patient, nurturing, reliable, and comfortable working as part of a teaching team. What we're looking for: Experience working with preschool-aged children Montessori experience preferred, but not required ECE units completed or currently in progress preferred Dependable and consistent attendance Positive attitude and willingness to learn Comfortable helping with classroom routines, activities, meals, transitions, and outdoor play Able to work collaboratively with the Lead Teacher and other staff Someone who takes initiative and enjoys being actively involved with the children Must be able to meet all California childcare licensing requirements for employment
