Job Summary Job Summary Sutter Peak Charter Academy is seeking a full-time Site/Program Assistant II to provide administrative support, assist with daily operations, and support teachers and families with curriculum, library materials, and technology. The schedule is Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM. This position works in person at our Natomas office space 5 days per week.   • Combination equivalent to Associate Arts Degree or bachelor's degree from an accredited college; work experience may be substituted for degree
  • Five years of advanced level administrative experience (school experience is preferred)
  • Training or coursework in basic accounting, bookkeeping, business office organization and planning preferred
  • Able to travel with reliable transportation to various locations to accomplish objectives of this role
  • TB Clearance is required.
  • Must participate in DMV pull program if required to drive a company vehicle The following documents are required to upload with your application: Copy of Transcript (unofficial accepted) Letter of Introduction Letter(s) of Recommendation (3 professional references, with at least one supervisor) Resume TB Screening Result Requirements / Qualifications Education, Experience & Requirements
