Qualifications & Experience:
Associate's degree required Previous experience working as a paraprofessional or behavioral aide in a school setting Background and training in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strongly preferred Skilled at implementing behavioral strategies and following individualized educational plans Compassionate, patient, and able to build rapport with students of diverse backgrounds Collaborative mindset; able to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
Core Responsibilities:
