Job Description

Pacific Coast Church Preschool is looking for passionate and experienced teacher's assistants to join our team. Our ideal candidates are energetic, enthusiastic, love working with children and have a passion for teaching. PCC preschool is a school with a balanced curriculum based on developmentally appropriate practices as well as a focus on academics. We strive to meet the needs of the individual child in a playful manner while also preparing them to be life long learners. Having a program where children feel safe, encouraged and know that they are loved by God is our top priority. We also want our staff to feel the same way. If you have a passion for working with children, love the Lord, and have a strong understanding of early childhood curriculum, Pacific Coast Church Preschool is the right place for you! •Candidates must have ECE units completed OR be working on it to be considered•Duties Create and maintain an environment that is clean and safe for all children Carrying out the daily responsibilities of a school classroom Follow all safety and health guidelines set by the school Be a team player and enjoy collaboration with other staff members Assist teachers in other classrooms as needed Potty train as needed Present Biblical truths to the children Skills Excellent oral and written communication skills Strong customer service skills Ability to act in an independent manner and use good judgment Strong multi-tasking skills, attention to detail is a must! Willingness to be flexible and have a joyful attitude
