Experience:

Two years of experience required in billing, treatment authorization processing and administrative support functions.

Responsibilities:

Process all intakes, referral and inquiry calls related to waiver and community services Assess all inquiries for service that come into the waiver; route appropriately Maintain log of client intakes and waiting list Attention to detail Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Tech savvy, will be working with various systems simultaneously Hybrid position 2 days at the San Fernando office required Takes pride in providing the best customer service Bilingual in Spanish required Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned Proficiency with Excel required Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills Partners in Care Foundation is an equal opportunity employer.
