Key Qualifications:

Experience as a paraprofessional, instructional aide, or similar classroom support role Enthusiasm for working with children and adolescents in an educational setting Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with teachers, staff, and students Adaptability and patience, especially when working with diverse student populations Ability to follow classroom plans and provide one-on-one or small group support High school diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework in education or child development is a plus

Responsibilities:
