Length of Work Year 9.5 months per year / 32.5 hours per week Employment Type Part Time Education Standard Graduation from high school or equivalent. Experience Standard Experience working or volunteering in a classroom environment preferred. Proficiency Standard Pass a District proficiency test in English usage, language arts and mathematics, or pass California Basic Educational Skills Test (CBEST), or have completed two years (60 semester units) of college. Certifications Valid First Aid and CPR certificates as authorized by an American Heart Association or American Red Cross provider. Will be required by date of hire.
