Coursework in childcare, psychology, education preferred. Experience Standard One year of experience working with students with behavioral challenges. Proficiency Standard Pass a District proficiency test in English usage, language arts and mathematics, or pass California Basic Educational Skills Test (CBEST), or have completed two years (60 semester units) of college. Certifications Valid First Aid and CPR certificates as authorized by an American Heart Association or American Red Cross provider. Crisis Prevention Institute Training, Capistrano Autism Training (CAT) and/or Registered Behavior Training (RBT) or equivalent.
