We are seeking skilled Paraprofessionals/Instructional Aides for a full-time, contract opportunity covering the full school year. Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Previous experience as a Paraprofessional or Instructional Aide in a school setting Demonstrated familiarity with behavioral strategies and techniques Experience supporting students with diverse needs in K-12 environments Strong communication and collaboration skills with staff and students Flexibility to adapt to varied caseloads and classroom assignments Must be reliable and committed to working the full school year
Key Responsibilities:
