Job Description
Little Acorns Montessori and Quail Hollow Montessori are celebrating new ownership! Come join our devoted team of early childhood specialists. We have one opening for a part time assistant teacher to join our amazing team at Little Acorns Montessori. We are seeking a warm and caring individual to join our team, assisting children 18 months through 2 years old to gain social and emotional skills, and independence, and assisting teachers to prepare the learning environment. This position requires some early childhood experience but no ece units. They will have demonstrated a focus on early childhood development through schooling or child-related work history. It also requires criminal background clearance. The successful candidate will show self initiative, respect for children and co-workers, and a strong work ethic. In this industry, timeliness and dependability are absolutely required. We have one part time position available, 1:30-5:30. The role will be that of a floater in all areas of the school. This is a fantastic, entry level opportunity for a candidate interested in starting a career in high quality early childhood education. We are very supportive of career development and training.
