Responsibilities include:
Support students in the classroom and during school activities Provide one-on-one or small group assistance Reinforce positive behavior and classroom routines Assist with transitions, lunch, recess, and daily activities Collaborate with teachers and school staff Help create a safe, positive learning environment Who We're Looking For We're looking for individuals who are: Patient, caring, and dependable Comfortable working with children Strong communicators and team players Eager to learn and make a difference Experience in education, childcare, caregiving, ABA, behavioral support, or healthcare is a plus-but not required.
