There are three available openings with varying focus areas: One Deaf and Hard of Hearing (DHH) Facilitator position, serving multiple campuses to support students receiving virtual DHH services (32 hours per week). Two roles providing PreK Special Education classroom support, including hands-on assistance with diapering and personal care (37.5 hours per week).

Key Qualifications:

Previous experience as a paraprofessional or classroom aide is strongly preferred Background working within school settings or with children who have special needs Comfort providing personal care duties where required (for PreK positions) Ability to travel between sites for itinerant support (for DHH Facilitator) Excellent communication skills and adaptability Commitment to supporting an inclusive and engaging educational environment

Responsibilities:

Assist educators by supporting individualized learning needs in the classroom Provide one-on-one or small group assistance to students Implement teacher-directed instructional activities and accommodations Support activities of daily living as needed (including diapering and personal care for PreK) Help foster a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment Collaborate with educators, related service providers, and families Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times This contract runs through early June 2027, offering consistency and the fulfillment of seeing student progress firsthand.
