Under the direction of an assigned Supervisor, assist in the effective instruction of students and reinforce lessons in the After School Program in a classroom or learning center; to perform a variety of instructional and clerical duties; perform related duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

High school graduate and some paid/volunteer experience working with youths in an organized setting. Proof of a high school diploma or its equivalent to be submitted with completed application and meet one of the 3 requirements: A) Completion of 2 years of study (48 semester units) at an institution of higher learning, or B) an Associate's Degree or higher, or C) pass a rigorous District-administered assessment that demonstrates the knowledge of and ability to assist in instructing, reading, writing and math.
