The assignment will begin at the start of the 26/27 school year, with a scheduled start date of September 10th. Youll play an integral part in supporting classroom teachers, enriching the educational experience, and fostering academic growth.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Prior paraprofessional experience in a school environment Demonstrated ability to assist teachers with classroom management and instruction Proven success supporting elementary-aged students, particularly in 2nd grade Completion of onboarding requirements and clearance prior to start Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities Adaptability, positive attitude, and genuine passion for education

Key Responsibilities:

Provide individualized and small group instructional support to students Facilitate classroom activities under teacher supervision Assist with lesson preparation, classroom organization, and student supervision Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom culture Support students academic and social-emotional development Uphold school policies and maintain confidentiality Partner with educators and support staff to ensure student success This full-time role offers the chance to be actively involved from the very beginning of the school year.
