Required Skills and Experience:

CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) training is required prior to start Experience as a paraprofessional in a school or educational setting Comfortable working with K-12 students across various age groups and abilities Ability to communicate effectively and maintain professionalism at all times Must be fully onboarded and cleared before starting the position

Responsibilities:

Support students one-on-one or in small groups under teacher supervision Assist with classroom activities, behavior management, and learning interventions Implement individual education plans (IEPs) as directed by the instructional team Ensure a safe, inclusive, and positive environment for all learners Collaborate with classroom teachers, specialists, and support staff to meet student needs Participate in training, staff meetings, and professional development as required This role provides valuable hands-on experience in an engaging school community, helping you grow your classroom support skills while working with diverse student populations.
