Full-time school-year paraprofessional (hours per district schedule) What youll do Work one-on-one and small-group with students across a range of ages and disability severities. Implement instruction and behavior supports under teacher/therapist direction. Assist with classroom management, data collection, and adapting materials. Support student access to curriculum, social skills development, and inclusion activities. Communicate observations and progress to teachers and case managers. Must-have qualifications Experience working with students across the full range of caseload severities (mild to intensive), and multiple ages. Strong, practical classroom support and behavior-management skills. Ability to follow IEP goals and behavior plans precisely. Reliable, punctual, and professional; able to work in a fast-paced urban school setting. Clear TB test / health clearance and any required local background checks.
