Job Summary Would you love to work in a small preschool with great staff and great families? St. Paul's Lutheran Preschool and Daycare is looking for a Preschool Aide / Teacher's Assistant who is responsible, patient, loves kids, and loves working in a Christian environment. Your duties may include but are not limited to: assisting the lead teacher in daily activities, classroom management, diapering duties (ages 2-3 only), playground supervision, nap room supervision, planning and leading art projects, preparation and clean up of snacks, and other duties as needed. We have low teacher/child ratios and we give staff freedom to use their individual gifts. At St. Paul's, there is always the possibility of advancement for motivated, quality staff. Preschool tuition is free for the children of staff, during your working hours. Tuition assistance is available for aides working towards becoming a Fully Qualified Teacher (12 ECE units). Approximately 10-20 hours per week, Monday-Friday, but you must be able to work between the hours of 2:30pm-5pm.
