9655829-80120 Job Description Step into a highly impactful role supporting young adults with disabilities in a school-based setting near Littleton, CO. This contract position runs from August 11th through May 21st, 2027, providing an opportunity to make a lasting difference within community-based transition services for individuals ages 1821+. The team seeks a dedicated individual with a robust behavioral support background, ideally within educational environments, who can manage a significant or severe caseload and is comfortable providing hands-on assistance in various activities, including those involving communication devices.

Desired Qualifications:

Demonstrated experience in behavioral support, preferably within school settings Previous work supporting young adults (1821+) with disabilities in community or educational programs Confident managing significant or severe caseloads Familiarity with assistive or communication devices considered a plus Ability to assist with activities of daily living (toileting, diapering, etc.) as needed Reliable personal transportation (public or rideshare methods not accepted) Punctuality and ability to report to work by 8:00 a.m. Must undergo immediate fingerprinting upon offer acceptance
