Responsibilities Implement engaging lesson plans tailored to early childhood education standards. Manage classroom activities to foster a positive learning environment. Provide individualized support to children, addressing their unique developmental needs. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress and behavior. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum and teaching strategies. Ensure the safety and well-being of all students during classroom and outdoor activities. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred but NOT required - we can train you! Strong classroom management and childcare skills helpful Experience working with toddlers or infants Effective communication and interpersonal skills Familiarity with behavior management techniques and childhood development principles preferred.
