N/A SUMMARY
The goal of the Student Success Behavior Paraprofessional position is to ensure equal access to core curriculum for all students. The Student Success Behavior Paraprofessional will support the social, emotional, and behavioral health needs of students in partnership with school and district staff. The Student Success Behavior Paraprofessional's work will be guided by research-based and trauma-informed strategies, including the Restorative Practices and the Positive Behavior Interventions and Support model. The Student Success Behavior Paraprofessional will assist school staff to implement inclusive, targeted behavioral interventions, and integrate social emotional instruction under the guidance and support of the Student Success Department. Please see the attachment for a list of job duties and requirements. Starting rate of pay is $19.30 per hour plus benefits. Range 8 ($19.30
