Key Qualifications & Experience:
Previous experience as a paraprofessional, instructional aide, or similar educational support role Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with students and staff Ability to adapt quickly and follow directions from teaching staff Patience and compassion for working with children of diverse backgrounds and learning abilities High school diploma or equivalent required; additional relevant certifications or coursework a plus
Role Responsibilities:
