Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
Previous experience working as a paraprofessional or in a related student support role within a school setting Understanding of educational best practices and strategies for supporting learners with diverse needs Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team High school diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework or certification in education or child development a plus
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
