We are seeking a caring, dependable, and enthusiastic Paraeducator / Classroom Aide to support students and teachers at an elementary school in Nederland, Colorado.

Responsibilities:

Assist teachers with daily instructional activities and classroom management Provide one-on-one or small-group support to students, including those with special needs Help implement and reinforce individualized education plans (IEPs) under teacher supervision Monitor student progress and share feedback with the classroom teacher Prepare classroom materials and maintain a positive, organized learning environment Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student success Perform other related duties to enhance the learning experience

Qualifications:
