Responsibilities • Assist the Lead Teacher with daily classroom activities and lesson preparation Support children during learning activities, playtime, and routines Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment Supervise children and ensure their safety at all times Encourage positive social interactions and development Assist with meals, transitions, and classroom routines Communicate respectfully with children, teachers, and families Qualifications • Experience working with young children preferred (daycare, preschool, or childcare) Patient, nurturing, and reliable Ability to work as part of a team Excellent verbal and written communication skills Knowledge of classroom health, safety, and sanitation guidelines and ability to closely adhere to the guidelines Problem-solving and mediation skills High school diploma or equivalent required Early Childhood Education coursework preferrable
