About This Role We are looking for an energetic Part Time After-School Closing Team Member to bring positive energy to our Center! You will wrap up our afternoon activities, spark smiles, and ensure our learning environment is safe and tidy. The shift runs Monday through Friday from 3:00 PM or 3:30 PM to 6:00 PM, making it the perfect opportunity for students or educators seeking meaningful afternoon hours. What You'll Do Lead creative clean-up activities to transition the learning space into a sparkling environment for the next day. Organize educational materials, books, and games to keep everything fresh and ready for curious minds. Bring a high-five attitude to the facility lock-up routine, ensuring the building is perfectly secure by 6:00 PM Follow all center policies and state regulations. Maintain frequent communications with parents Requirements Ready to shine Monday through Friday from 3:00/3:30 PM to 6:00 PM. Dependable transportation to our Cromwell, CT location. Strong sense of responsibility and a passion for maintaining an organized space. Must be able to pass a background check. Nice To Haves Experience working in childcare, camp counseling, youth sports, or school environments. A knack for making routine tasks engaging and fun for everyone around you.
