Job Description

Granby Public Schools is seeking an energetic candidate to serve as a Teaching Assistant in a Kindergarten classroom at Kelly Lane Primary School. Job duties include but are not limited to the following: Under the direction of classroom teachers, assists students with classroom routines and academic, organizational, and behavioral tasks within the general education classroom. Collects data as directed by teachers/staff. Supervises and monitors students at lunch, recess, in-school suspension, PLC, alternative learning blocks, arrival, dismissal, hallways, after-school activities, etc. The position hours are 8:40 am - 3:40 pm. Rate of pay is $20.27/hour. Please inclulde a resume, cover letter and three professional references along with your application.
