Key Qualifications and Experience:

Associates degree or successful completion of the Paraprofessional (ParaPro) test is required Experience in educational or youth-support settings a plus Strong communication and collaborative skills for working with teachers and students Ability to be flexible and responsive in a dynamic classroom environment Positive attitude and commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive atmosphere

Primary Responsibilities:

Assist lead teacher in general education classroom with daily instructional activities Provide academic and behavioral support for students as directed by classroom teachers Help implement lesson plans and adapt resources for student needs Support classroom management and maintain a safe, encouraging learning space Foster respectful relationships with students, encouraging engagement and participation Collaborate with school staff to promote student success and well-being
