Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Previous experience as a Paraprofessional or in a similar supportive education role Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and students Strong communication and interpersonal skills Patience, empathy, and adaptability in diverse classroom environments High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or higher preferredKey Responsibilities:
Support classroom teachers with instructional activities and assigned lesson plans Provide one-on-one or small group assistance to students during classroom activities Reinforce learning concepts and help maintain a positive, inclusive classroom culture Assist with preparing learning materials and managing educational resources Support students with special needs, following individualized education plans as directed Monitor student engagement and behavior, promoting a safe and respectful environment Supervise students during transitions, lunch, recess, or other non-instructional timesBenefits and Perks:
