Duties Support lead teachers in planning and executing age-appropriate lessons that promote literacy, math, social skills, and emotional development Assist with classroom management to ensure a safe, organized, and inclusive environment for all children Engage children in educational activities that encourage curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking Collaborate with teachers to monitor individual progress and adapt support strategies for children with diverse needs or disabilities Maintain clear communication with parents about daily activities and developmental milestones Contribute to curriculum development efforts by providing feedback on lesson effectiveness and student engagement Skills Experience working with young children in preschool or daycare settings, including toddler care and early childhood education Knowledge of classroom management techniques and behavior management strategies Familiarity with curriculum development methods such as Montessori or other educational frameworks Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and team members Technical proficiency in educational tools and classroom technology Understanding of childhood development principles across cognitive, social-emotional, and physical domains Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and support staff in a dynamic school environment Experience supporting students with special needs or disabilities is highly valued Passion for teaching preschoolers and fostering a love of learning from an early age Join us in creating a nurturing space where young learners can grow confidently!
