Responsibilities:

Provide individualized support to a student with behavioral challenges in an elementary school environment Implement strategies based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles to promote positive behavior and learning Collaborate with classroom teachers and support staff to ensure a consistent approach to the student's educational experience Assist with daily instructional activities, adapting materials as needed to meet the student's needs Monitor and document student progress and behavior

Qualifications:
