MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS ALL PARAEDUCATOR APPLICANTS

must meet ONE of the following requirements and provide the corresponding documentation with their application: 60 college credits or more: Upload official, legible college transcripts showing at least 60 college credits.

Passing ParaPro Assessment score:

ALL PRESCHOOL PARAEDUCATOR APPLICANTS

must meet ONE of the following requirements and provide the appropriate documentation with their application: 12 College Credits in Early Childhood Current, valid Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential SALARY For 2026-2027, pay rate ranges from $21.70/hour to $26.63/hour

Additional Differentials:

$0.55/hour for special programs (Bridges, Catalyst, KEY, Pathways) $0.25/hour for non-program assignments requiring toileting of students

Additional Education Stipend:

$1,200 for having 120 completed college credits $750 for having 60 completed college credits $500 for holding a ParaPro/ParaPathways credential For salary schedules and contract details, please refer to the Local 2407 Contract .
