What We're Looking For:

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent required

Experience:

Background in childcare, education, healthcare, or mental health is preferred, but we train the right candidates

Dependability:

Consistency is key to a child's progress

Integrity:

Work independently in a child's home while upholding ethical standards

Patience & Positivity:

A compassionate and upbeat attitude is essential

Strong Communication Skills:

Ability to engage professionally with families and team members

What You'll Do:

Provide one-on-one, in-home ABA therapy to children Use positive reinforcement techniques to teach new skills Collect and track behavioral progress data Implement customized behavior support plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Engage children in interactive play, structured learning activities, and daily routines to promote skill development

Requirements:
