The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young children. This role requires creating a nurturing and stimulating environment where toddlers can thrive, learn, and develop essential skills. The Assistant Toddler Teacher will be responsible for implementing age-appropriate curricula and fostering a positive learning atmosphere. Duties Create a safe and welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration and creativity. Monitor and assess each child's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians as necessary. Facilitate daily activities such as storytelling, arts and crafts, music, and outdoor play. Manage classroom behavior effectively using positive reinforcement techniques. Collaborate with other educators and staff to ensure a cohesive educational experience. Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's development and any concerns that may arise. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and educational regulations. Skills Experience working with children in various settings such as daycare or toddler environments. Strong understanding of early childhood education principles. Ability to manage a classroom effectively while maintaining a positive atmosphere. Experience in toddler care is preferred. Knowledge of special education practices is a plus. Excellent communication skills to interact with children, parents, and colleagues. Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for teaching young children.
