We are looking for an energetic, fun, dependable and reliable teacher to join our family at Grammy's Garden Learning Center! We are looking for an Infant Teacher with experience. The hours for this position are 9:00-6:00 Monday through Friday. Classroom Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

• Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.
• Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play-based learning.
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.
• Monitor and assess each child's progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians.
• Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding their child's development and any concerns or updates.
• Diaper changes

Personal Skills & Qualities:

• Experience in babysitting or working with young children.
• Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices.
• Ability to effectively manage a classroom and maintain discipline.
• Understanding of childhood development milestones and the ability to tailor instruction accordingly.
• Strong behavior management skills to address challenging behaviors in a positive manner.
• Compassionate caregiving approach combined with the ability to educate and inspire young learners.
• The staff member will be positive role models and influence coworkers all with a desire to succeed and promote our program
