r42418-06330 Job Description Paraprofessional Baltic, CT Full-Time | Onsite | 3rd5th Grade We are seeking a dependable Paraprofessional to support students in a 3rd5th grade classroom. The classroom has approximately 10 students, allowing the paraprofessional to provide consistent, individualized support throughout the school day. Day-to-day responsibilities will include assisting students with classroom assignments and activities, reinforcing teacher instruction, helping students stay focused and engaged, supporting transitions between activities, and providing additional guidance when students need help accessing the curriculum. The paraprofessional will work closely with the classroom teacher and school team to maintain a structured, positive learning environment and support students academic and social development.
