2026-2027 School Year (Potential ESY Opportunities Available) Support Elementary Students in a School-Based Setting We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Paraprofessionals to support students in an elementary school environment. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about education, special education, student support, and helping young learners thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. Candidates should be comfortable supporting students with a variety of needs and working collaboratively with teachers and school staff. Key Responsibilities Provide direct support to students in classroom settings Assist teachers with instructional activities and classroom management Support students academically, behaviorally, and socially Work with students individually and in small groups Help maintain a structured, safe, and positive learning environment Assist with classroom routines, transitions, and student engagement Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and support staff Support students with personal care needs, including toileting assistance when required Qualifications Previous experience working with children preferred School-based experience is a plus Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to remain patient, flexible, and student-focused Must be comfortable assisting with toileting Why Apply?
