Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Previous experience as a paraprofessional, teacher's aide, or instructional assistant is highly valued Ability to collaborate with teachers and adapt to diverse classroom needs Strong communication and interpersonal skills Patience, flexibility, and a caring demeanor when working with students High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or certification in education is a plus Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and promoting student well-being
Key Responsibilities:
