Paraprofessional (BSP) - Wilmington, DE End-of-Year Contract | Full-Time | On-Site Position Overview Blazer Jobs is seeking a dedicated Paraprofessional for a full-time, end-of-year contract in Wilmington, Delaware . This role is critical in providing consistent, hands-on support to students with significant behavioral and developmental needs. We are looking for a reliable, attentive, and compassionate candidate who understands the importance of consistency and is committed to supporting student progress each day.

Schedule:
Monday -
Friday Hours:
37.5 hours per week (30-minute paid lunch)
Daily Hours:
8:30 AM - 4:00 PM (must be able to work these hours) Requirements Candidate must have completed a Paraprofessional Certification OR have 60 college credit hours/transcripts Candidate must meet requirements to obtain a Delaware Paraprofessional Permit If requirements are not currently met, candidates must be willing to take and pass the Para Educator Exam prior to starting Dependable attendance is critical for student success Comfortable working with students with high behavioral and physical needs Ability to remain alert, engaged, and hands-on throughout the day Strong communication and teamwork skills About Blazer Jobs Blazer Jobs partners with school districts nationwide to connect dedicated professionals with meaningful opportunities.
