Competitive hourly pay based on experience About the Opportunity ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Paraprofessional for a full-time, school-based opportunity in Wilmington, Delaware. This position will provide direct student support within an elementary school setting, working closely with students, teachers, and special education staff throughout the school day. Responsibilities Provide direct support to students in an elementary school setting. Assist students with academic, behavioral, social, and daily living needs. Implement educational and behavioral strategies under the direction of certified staff. Provide individualized support based on student needs and established plans. Assist with classroom activities, transitions, and student supervision. Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and related service providers. Help maintain a safe, structured, and positive learning environment. Qualifications Active Delaware Paraeducator Permit required. Previous school-based or special education experience preferred. Experience providing individualized or behavioral student support is a plus. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Must meet all district background and clearance requirements.
