Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate Preschool Teacher Assistant/Floater to join our early childhood education team. In this role, you will support classroom teachers in creating a nurturing, engaging, and educational environment for young learners. As a floater, you will have the opportunity to work across multiple classrooms, ensuring consistency and continuity in our students' development. Your enthusiasm, strong communication skills, and dedication to child development will help foster a safe and stimulating learning atmosphere for every student. Duties Help supervise children during transitions, outdoor playtime, meals, snacks, and nap times. Provide individualized attention and support to children Help maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that promotes learning and safety at all times Communicate effectively and professionally with parents and staff Provide extra attention and behavioral support to individual children who need extra guidance. Support emergency procedures by maintaining current First Aid and CPR certifications and responding promptly when needed
Qualifications:

Pay:
$16.00 - $17.00 per hour Expected hours: 25.0 per week
