Whether you are an experienced teacher looking to lead an infant classroom or someone wanting to kickstart a career in childcare while keeping your mornings free, we have a position tailored to your schedule and goals: Lead Infant Teacher (Full-Time): Perfect for an experienced educator passionate about baby milestones, sensory exploration, and early development. Assistant Teacher (Full-Time): Ideal for students, parents, or entry-level educators looking for a consistent Monday-Friday schedule.

Lead Infant Teacher (Full-Time)
Schedule:
Monday•Friday | Shift scheduled between 6:00 AM•6:00
PM Pay:
$14.00•$18.00 / hour (Based on credentials)
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and lead daily age-appropriate activities, sensory play, and developmental routines. Maintain individualized schedules for feeding, diapering, napping, and room hygiene. Document and communicate developmental progress and daily milestones with families. Supervise, mentor, and collaborate with assistant teachers and support staff.
Role-Specific Requirements:
Florida 45-Hour DCF Child Care Certification ( Required ). Previous experience teaching infants or toddlers in a licensed setting. Child Development Associate (CDA) credential is a major plus!

Afternoon Assistant Teacher (Part-Time)
Schedule:
Monday•Friday | Shift scheduled between 6:00 AM•6:00
PM Pay:
$14.00•$15.50 / hour
Key Responsibilities:
Assist lead teachers with classroom management, outdoor play, and student supervision. Manage afternoon routines including snack distribution, diapering/restroom breaks, and room cleanup. Provide warm, professional customer service to parents during afternoon pickup.
Role-Specific Requirements:
Florida 45-Hour DCF Certification Ability to maintain a consistent Monday-Friday schedule. General Qualifications (Both Roles) Must be at least 18 years old. High School Diploma or GED required. CPR and First Aid Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain). Reliable, patient, nurturing, and team-oriented mindset.
