Site Supervisor/Program Director Position Summary Happy Trails Afterschool Club is seeking a caring, patient, and dependable Special Needs Paraprofessional to provide individualized support to children with varying abilities and support needs during our after-school program. The Special Needs Paraprofessional will work closely with students to ensure their safety, inclusion, participation, and overall well-being while assisting them with daily routines, activities, communication, social interactions, and behavior support. Our goal is to create a welcoming environment where every child has the opportunity to thrive, grow, and embrace their vibe. Qualifications Experience working with children (school age preferred) Positive, patient, and energetic personality Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to manage a group of students in a structured environment Must pass a Level II Background Screening High School Diploma required (college coursework in education or related field preferred) Complete DCF 40
