This role includes office tasks and direct support to staff and participants. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and enjoys working with people. Responsibilities Assist with scheduling, data entry, and maintaining records Help with intakes, referrals, and follow-ups for participants Keep paperwork and files organized and confidential Greet visitors and answer phones Support program events and meetings Help keep the office clean and stocked with supplies Communicate with staff, clients, and partner organizations Enter and manage participant and service data into the SAMIS system accurately and in accordance with CSC reporting requirements and timelines. Assist with the collection and organization of data for required performance measurements and reports. Actively engage in CSC's Results-Based Accountability framework, contributing to continuous learning, data-driven improvements, and sharing of best practices. Requirements Associates or equivalent (required) Basic computer and communication skills (required) Reliable transportation (required) Ability to work some evening and weekend hours (required) Reside in the South Broward County area (required) Commitment to complete required CSC training, including self-care practices and strategies to mitigate risks of vicarious trauma. Mandatory participation in initial and ongoing CSC-funded professional development and certification processes relevant to the role. Nice-to-Haves Experience working in community or support programs (preferred) Bilingual in Creole or Spanish (preferred) Familiar with basic case support or customer service (preferred)
Pay:
$16.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
