• We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Assistant Director to join our educational leadership team. In this pivotal role, you will support the development and implementation of innovative curricula, oversee administrative operations, and lead initiatives that foster an enriching learning environment. Your expertise in educational management, strategic planning, and team leadership will drive the success of our school community. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence educational excellence, ensure compliance with regulations, and inspire staff and students alike. Responsibilities Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and refine curriculum frameworks aligned with educational standards and student needs. Lead strategic planning efforts to set goals for academic achievement, operational efficiency, and community engagement. Manage budgets effectively, ensuring resources are allocated appropriately to support school programs and initiatives. Facilitate professional development sessions for faculty and staff to promote instructional excellence and ongoing growth. Supervise school personnel, including teachers, administrative staff, and support teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Oversee compliance with legal regulations related to education law, special education requirements, and childhood development standards. Evaluate faculty performance through classroom observations, feedback sessions, and performance metrics to uphold high teaching standards. Coordinate fundraising activities and community partnerships to enhance school resources and opportunities for students. Ensure smooth daily operations by managing school administrative functions, including scheduling, student services, and safety protocols. Support instructional leadership by supervising classroom practices, implementing curriculum improvements, and promoting best teaching practices. Requirements Proven experience in school administration or as a School Administrative Director within K-12 settings or early childhood education environments. Strong background in curriculum development, instructional leadership, and educational compliance regulations. Demonstrated success in managing budgets as an executive education administrator or similar role. Extensive personnel management experience with a focus on supervising teachers and school staff. Knowledge of special education law, childhood development principles, and educational legal standards. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster collaborative environments. Skilled in public speaking, professional development facilitation, and community engagement activities. Classroom teaching experience with a deep understanding of early childhood or K-12 education practices is highly desirable. Ability to navigate complex regulatory environments while maintaining a focus on student-centered outcomes. Pay:

$15.00 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 - 50.0 per week
