Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Teacher/Floater to join our team. The ideal candidate will be flexible, have a passion for early childhood education and experience working with children in a preschool setting. As an Assistant Teacher/Floater, you will be responsible for helping create a nurturing and stimulating environment in all classrooms to help children grow and develop. Responsibilities
- Help develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum
- Provide a safe and supportive learning environment
- Supervise and engage with children during activities
- Help monitor and assess student progress
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive educational experience Qualifications
- Has
COMPLETED ALL 45 DCF
hours- Previous experience working with children in a childcare or classroom setting
- Knowledge of childhood development principles
- Willing to work with any age depending on where the need is necessary
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Clear Background Check (you will be required to get screened upon hire)
- We are looking for teachers with a passion for early childhood education. A Teacher who is willing to put forth the time and effort to providing quality education and care to our children.
