Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Pre-K Assistant Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and experience working with pre-k children in a preschool setting. As an Assistant Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment to help children grow and develop. Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum
  • Provide a safe and supportive learning environment
  • Supervise and engage with children during activities
  • Monitor and assess student progress
  • Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development
  • Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive educational experience Qualifications
  • Has
COMPLETED ALL 45 DCF
hours
  • Previous experience working with Pre-K in a childcare or classroom setting
  • Knowledge of childhood development principles
  • Willing to work with any age depending on where the need is necessary
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in curriculum development and lesson planning (we use creative curriculum but transitioning to Funny Daffer)
  • Clear Background Check (you will be required to get screened upon hire)
  • We are looking for teachers with a passion for early childhood education. A Teacher who is willing to put forth the time and effort to providing quality education and care to our children.
