We are a loving, play-based preschool where children are encouraged to explore, develop independence, build relationships, and learn through meaningful hands-on experiences. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys being with young children and wants to be an active part of their day.

Responsibilities include:

Supporting the lead teacher in creating a warm, engaging, and well-managed classroom Actively playing, talking, reading, creating, and interacting with children throughout the day Helping children develop independence with routines such as unpacking, toileting, dressing, eating, and cleaning up Assisting with classroom activities, small groups, centers, art, sensory play, outdoor play, and transitions Helping prepare classroom materials and maintain an organized, inviting learning environment Supporting children socially and emotionally with patience, warmth, and consistency Supervising children carefully and maintaining a safe environment Working collaboratively with the lead teacher and the rest of our preschool team Assisting with classroom cleaning and daily routines as needed We are looking for someone who is: Warm, nurturing, patient, and genuinely enjoys young children Energetic and willing to get down on the floor and play Reliable and punctual Positive and flexible Comfortable taking direction while also showing initiative A strong team player Able to maintain appropriate classroom boundaries and expectations with kindness Interested in learning and growing as an early childhood educator Previous preschool or childcare experience is preferred, but we are happy to consider someone with the right personality, work ethic, and love for children.
