Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Para-Professional Instructional to join our vibrant educational team. In this vital role, you will support classroom teachers in delivering engaging instruction, managing classroom activities, and ensuring a positive learning environment for all students. Your enthusiasm and expertise will help inspire young learners and promote their academic and social growth. Responsibilities Assist teachers with implementing lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards, including literacy and math. Support classroom management by supervising children during activities, transitions, and breaks to maintain a safe and orderly environment. Help monitor student behavior using effective behavior management strategies. Assist with preparing instructional materials, proofreading documents, and organizing classroom resources to enhance learning experiences. Support the implementation of educational compliance standards and ensure adherence to safety protocols. Skills Strong knowledge of special education principles, childhood development, and classroom behavior management techniques. Experience working with children. Ability to mentor students and provide positive behavioral reinforcement while maintaining a nurturing environment.
