Plan and implement developmentally appropriate learning experiences. Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, language, and physical development. Encourage curiosity, creativity, and independence through play-based learning. Build positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers. Document children's growth through classroom displays and learning activities. Maintain compliance with Florida Child Care Licensing regulations and National Accreditation Standards. Work collaboratively with a dedicated team focused on providing exceptional early childhood education. Qualifications Is dependable, reliable, and takes pride in their work Loves to laugh, have fun, and create joyful learning experiences for children. Must pass Level II Background Screening Previous experience in Early Childhood Education preferred Strong communication and classroom leadership skills Positive, nurturing, and dependable attitude Comfortable building relationships with children, families, and coworkers High school diploma or equivalent required Current 45-hour DCF transcript required CDA or formal education in Early Childhood Education preferred Eagerness to learn and grow professionally Reliable and ready to make a difference
